Domain registration fees are generally non-refundable. This is because when a domain is registered, it is immediately created and reserved in the registry database, and we incur costs that cannot be recovered.
However, in the following limited circumstances, we may issue a refund for domain registrations:
-
If there was a technical error in the domain registration process
-
If the domain registration request was submitted multiple times due to system error
-
If the domain was not successfully registered due to registry issues
Domain refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of registration and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
