Our hosting services are provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly, annual, or other basis as specified in your subscription plan. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred by your account.
We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon notice. If you do not agree to any fee changes, your sole remedy is to cancel your subscription before the fee change takes effect.

Product Pricing and Features Modification
Hostasia reserves the right to modify, update, or change the pricing, features, specifications, and characteristics of any hosting plan or service at any time as per business requirements and market conditions. This includes but is not limited to:
- Changes to plan pricing (increase or decrease)
- Addition or removal of features from existing plans
- Modification of storage, bandwidth, or resource allocations
- Changes to service specifications and technical capabilities
- Updates to included services and add-ons
Notice Period: Hostasia will provide a minimum of 3 (three) days advance notice to all affected customers before implementing any changes to pricing, features, or plan specifications. This notice will be communicated via email, in-app notification on your Client Dashboard, and posted on our website.
Upon receiving notice of any changes, you have the following options:
- Accept the changes and continue with your subscription under the new terms
- Cancel your subscription before the changes take effect without any penalty
- Downgrade to a different plan if available
If you do not cancel your subscription before the effective date of the changes, your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the modified pricing, features, and specifications.
