Our hosting services are provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly, annual, or other basis as specified in your subscription plan. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred by your account.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon notice. If you do not agree to any fee changes, your sole remedy is to cancel your subscription before the fee change takes effect.

2.1 Product Pricing and Features Modification

Hostasia reserves the right to modify, update, or change the pricing, features, specifications, and characteristics of any hosting plan or service at any time as per business requirements and market conditions. This includes but is not limited to:

• Changes to plan pricing (increase or decrease)
• Addition or removal of features from existing plans
• Modification of storage, bandwidth, or resource allocations
• Changes to service specifications and technical capabilities
• Updates to included services and add-ons

Upon receiving notice of any changes, you have the following options:

• Accept the changes and continue with your subscription under the new terms
• Cancel your subscription before the changes take effect without any penalty
• Downgrade to a different plan if available

If you do not cancel your subscription before the effective date of the changes, your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the modified pricing, features, and specifications.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Transmit any material that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services, other accounts, or computer systems
• Use our services to send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful computer code
• Exceed the bandwidth or storage space allocated to your account

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting, posting, or displaying content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing our services.

We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us permission to use it as necessary to provide our services to you and other users.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. In the event of service disruptions, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly. For details on service availability guarantees and compensation for downtime, please refer to our Service Level Agreement.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

While we implement reasonable measures to protect your data, you are solely responsible for backing up your content and data. We are not liable for any loss of data or content that you may experience while using our services.

We recommend regularly downloading and maintaining your own backups of all content and data stored on our servers.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT OUR SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL REDX STUDIOS & TECHNOLOGIES (OPERATING AS HOSTASIA), ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY:

• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content
• Personal injury or property damage of any nature
• Unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers
• Interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Bugs, viruses, or trojan horses transmitted through our services
• Loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content via our services

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Redx Studios & Technologies (operating as Hostasia), its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of and access to our services
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including copyright, property, or privacy rights
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
