  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Shared Hosting and Cloud Hosting: Refunds are available within 30 days of the initial purchase date for new customers only. Renewals are not eligible for refunds.
    • VPS (Virtual Private Server) and VDS (Virtual Dedicated Server) Hosting: Refunds are available on a pro-rata basis if canceled within 7 days of the initial purchase date for new customers only. Renewals are not eligible for refunds.
    • Domain registration fees, setup fees, and any additional services purchased are non-refundable.
  2. Refund Process:

    • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within the applicable refund period.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Refunds may take up to 7 to be processed and appear in your account.
  3. Exceptions:

    • Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
      • Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
      • Account termination due to non-payment or violation of our policies.
      • Services that have been used excessively or abused.
      • Services that have been terminated by the customer before the end of the billing cycle.

    • Cancellations will be processed according to our standard cancellation policy, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
